Although we aim to keep information current, we do not guarantee that all Site content is complete, accurate, or available. You agree that information submitted through the Site is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. When you submit an inquiry and check the consent box, you authorize the leasing team to respond by email or phone about that inquiry. This is not consent to recurring marketing, automated calls, or text messages, and it is not a condition of renting or leasing. You may ask us to stop further communications at any time.

5. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to third-party application, listing, map, directions, and other services, including AppFolio. Those services are provided under their own terms and privacy policies. A link is provided for convenience and does not make us responsible for the third party's content, availability, security, decisions, products, or services. Review the third party's terms before using its service or submitting information.

6. Ownership and permitted use

The Site and its text, design, photographs, graphics, logos, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Double SS and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to access and use the Site for lawful personal or business evaluation of MAKT at EOLA. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

• violate law, infringe another person's rights, impersonate another person, or submit false or misleading information;

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site will be free of harmful components. 9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Double SS and its owners, affiliates, property managers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site or a linked third-party service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

We may update these Terms as the Site, our practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date and version at the top identify the current Terms. Continued use after revised Terms are posted means you accept the revision to the extent permitted by law.
