For example, an application opened through AppFolio is submitted to AppFolio or the applicable property manager, not through this Site. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party sites.

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage leasing and business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Site. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the inquiry and applicable requirements. We may delete, de-identify, or aggregate information when it is no longer needed.

Because this Site does not currently engage in advertising or analytics tracking, browser-based "Do Not Track" or opt-out preference signals do not change the Site's behavior.
