This Privacy Policy explains how Double SS Real Estate LLC ("Double SS," "we," "us," or "our"), the owner of the MAKT at EOLA website at maktfargo.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information. It applies to information collected through this Site. It does not replace a separate privacy notice that may apply when you submit a rental application, enter a lease, or use a third-party resident portal.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit a residential or commercial inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred home or commercial space, tour preference, move-in or opening date, and message. We also record the version of this Policy and Website Terms you accepted and the date and time of that consent.

Technical information

Our hosting, database, and security providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, and error or security logs.

Cookies and analytics

As of the effective date above, this Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics pixels, or similar marketing-tracking technologies. For example, an application opened through AppFolio is submitted to AppFolio or the applicable property manager, not through this Site. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them before providing information. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party sites.

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage leasing and business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Site. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the inquiry and applicable requirements. We may delete, de-identify, or aggregate information when it is no longer needed.

Because this Site does not currently engage in advertising or analytics tracking, browser-based "Do Not Track" or opt-out preference signals do not change the Site's behavior.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.
